Living Weather & Wallpaper Pro App Reviews

This app is one of the best out there. With it I have a number of options on what I want to appear on my computer screen and with what information. Having the various weather screens actually being alive and moving while I work on what ever at my desk is wonderful. From time to time I can choose to only have one living wallpaper appear or have current conditions appear or have all the different weather examples keep changing on my screen at regular intervals. A great looking app with current information which I need. A fantastic buy.

I have been looking for a desktop flip clock weather/time enhancement similar to the HTC Sense flip clock and this comes close. My only “complaint” is that the clocks fonts can’t change and the numbers do not flip. If these things were included even as options, it would rocket to 5 stars.

Jus upgraded to full version and it doesnt work.

I tried several of these. I finally bought one thinking that would solve the problem: it didn’t. The bloody thing still crashed. It used to work; no it no longer does. I have no idea why it no longer works. And, there doesn’t seem to be a developer site where one can contact to find out what the problem is.

I am a long time user of this app. Turns out a recent update had an issue with my older operating system. Tom responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and issued an update to fix it. That’s what you want from customer service! I rely on this app every day. Very happy to have it back. Lots of options for customizing the look, size, position, and opacity of the weather widget. One suggestion for the future; more options for customizing the seven-day forecast panel. Thanks for a stylish addition to my desktop.

There is a very limited amount of information that is available from this app. I don’t see a way to view a forecast or a map of current weather conditions.

Just did the second update, and like the first one done on Dec. 6th——I have no screen saver. I really appreciate and like this app, but it hasn’t worked for me since December 6th. One review said someone diagnosed the problem they were having and sent them an update for this particular system. Hopefully this can be done for me. Thank you.

but would love to have option for sound! Nice soothing sounds to match screen! Sunds that you can turn off or on!

Great App. Love the live images, but would love more variations.

Works as it says, and can be quite buitiful to watch on the screen. It seems a bit simplistic, could do more with the weather information and its display.

It crashes everytime I open it. Completely usless to me.

It’s great — does the job I was looking for. If anything on the down side, I would like a few more scenes / screen saver choices than what you have available.

Can’t find my city. won’t give me any forecast - long term. Not a good purchase,.

Overall it works really well except the other day we had severe warnings of damaging winds of 90km/hr and the forecast stated breezy. A little understated and forecast are not exactly what we are experiencing outside. i.e. on a clear day the pic is cloudy.

I like the app. The only negative thing is that there should be more scenes. Actual mountain scenes would be nice

I would like to see more animation like bright lighting more cloud motion and raging sea’s when appropriate and storms over the Grand Cayon, Yosemite Park and others! I would like to hear thunder (load thunder) along with pounding rain as well. James E. Sampson Nove Scotia Canada

If graphics were the goal there is nothing to improve. If, however, accuracy of details were the criteria as well as graphics…much to improve. I asked some questions from the software developer but never got any response. Cheers
