This really is the best desktop weather background.

I love this app. Having the scenes on my desktop reflect the current weather is just wonderful. And, like another reviewer, I like the option of a different location described in the dock. The animation is wonderful and the scenes are idyllic.

It would be much better if the background to the app was based on the region you lived in.

This is a great program, and I particularly love the rainy day screen saver. Today it’s pouring outside in NYC and also on my desktop! I look forward to the gradual implementation of more scenes and a more finely tuned integration with both local weather and local geography. I’m hoping that there is a snow scene in the next few weeks!

We really enoy this app, and like having the basics as a screen saver. But to have to go to the expanded presentation to select other locations is awkward and unnecessary…in short, a drag! You need to put the list of locations right on the side of the screen saver, thereby allowing us to select and review in screen saver detail each, or all of our locations. Thats the easy part. Now, if I were computer God, I would also add the radar presentation that is found on Intellicast, with a one-click access to that once you are showing a given location in screen saver format. Wow, would that be awesome! I know that your staff will tell you why and how neither of these suggestion are feasible, but whos at the cutting edge? Hope this helps. Butch V., Bainbridge Island, WA

This app is cool, hot, wet or dry, you get to enjoy seeing what’s happening out side as you work or play on your computer. I would like to see more info on the desktop clock like humidity, dew point and other statistic’s. I hope to see more variety of different weather scenes added as time goes on, to keep it from becoming boring.

Easy, pretty, informative, all I have to do is open my computer each morning to know how to dress for work. Also I like to motion on the screen and the lovely scenes.

Need new locations.

the “HD” is not really HD. Looks fuzzy on my mac thunderbolt display.

I wish I could make it go to sleep when I open an window to work. It slows my computer down and makes my work much harder. Other than that (which is huge for me) I love the choices in themes and the beauty. I love that I can choose which theme I want. Just please allow it to sleep while I’m typing this review please?

I have really enjoyed this app. The background scenry and all of the other stuff that it has added to my laptop. I hope they add more background sceneries that will make this better than it already is.

This is a very beautiful app! The current weather and time of day is noted by a beautiful scene on your desktop background. Very well done! The background scenes would be worth the cost of the app alone, but add in the fact that it gives you your current weather and it really justifies the cost!

I loved this app, it’s worked perfectly until I noticed my battery life. Couldnt believe that it has such a HUGE impact on the battery life (my Mac Pro is new). It litterarly cuts my battery life in half. Not worth it!!!

I’ve gone through 3 weather programs and they seamed that they were incomplete some how, now that I have Live Weather HD I have no need for them, GREAT weather program..

In spite of the fact that it loads automatically even when I do not have the load on boot box checked, I absolutely love this screen saver. (If I quit the application before shutdown, it of course, does not load on boot.) I hope an eventual upgrade gives a few more aquarium choices.
